Ad of the Day: WeRoad taps into unspoken Christmas truths in cheeky outdoor campaign
Ad agency Dude created the campaign, which will run in Shoreditch and Clapham in London and Piccadilly in Manchester.

WeRoad has unveiled a series of billboards that may just bring a smile to those feeling slightly stressed about Christmas – from the chaos of hosting to the endless family engagements.
Each poster taps into unspoken truths with some tongue-in-cheek humor, encouraging people to book with the travel brand after the festive madness has ended.
The three billboard themes are: ‘Christmas Checklist,’ which humorously captures the never-ending to-do list leading up to the big day; ‘Typical Christmas Day,’ showcasing the amusing realities of holiday dinner dynamics; and ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas,’ a playful take on the classic holiday carol, reimagined with modern-day twists.
Adding to the festivities, WeRoad will stage a giveaway in Shoreditch on December 12 where the brand will have people standing in front of the ‘Christmas Checklist’ billboard, handing out small, themed gifts to pedestrians. Each gift ties directly to points from the checklist.
