adm Group announces changes to its Global Executive Team

adm Group, a global marketing execution partner today announces the appointment of Sophia Malik as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of their EMEA region

Sophia joined the Group in 2016 as Group General Counsel and her role was expanded the following year to include the position of Chief People Officer. More recently, she has also overseen the Group’s growing Beauty business.

Mike Clarke, formerly CEO of EMEA, is appointed to the newly created position of Chief Transformation and People Officer. Mike will be responsible for their people focused agenda as well as redefining the Group’s technology-enabled operating platform and for driving business transformation at a global level.

Yagiela Marius, formerly Group Legal Director, is promoted to become Group General Counsel and will join the Group Executive Team.
