Accent Jobs is one of Blegium’s largest recruitment agencies, providing more than 13,000 job opportunities that focus on temporary to permanent placements
The company needed to both expand its database of potential job seekers, as well as keep visitors returning to the site when ready for their next job. In other words, it wanted to build a relationship with job seekers that lasted well after getting a job.
Accent Jobs turned to its agency Springbok and Selligent by Marigold to create a system to build those relationships. Together, they created blocks of site content based on each job seeker’s profile. It used lead forms along with account information and site history to collect the information needed to connect job seeker interest to available vacancies suitable to their background, location, and experience.
Not only does the system send registered users customized emails about available jobs, it adds additional content blocks using metadata pulled from client’s vacancy tables, and uses content blocks over and over in other campaigns based on each job seeker’s individual preferences.
Following the launch of this system, Accent Jobs email open rate increased by 30%, and click rates jumped 400%.
