Kim Kardashian is once again pushing boundaries with Skims, the billion-dollar shapewear brand known for redefining everyday essentials.

This time, she’s venturing into the winter wear market through a high-profile collaboration with The North Face, blending performance-driven outdoor apparel with Skims’ signature sculpting silhouettes. The result? A capsule collection that transitions from the slopes to après-ski settings.

The North Face x Skims collection features archival designs from The North Face, reimagined with Skims’ unique fit and a muted color palette. Offering head-to-toe winter looks, the lineup includes base layers, outerwear and accessories tailored to fit and flatter all body types, as reported by the brand.

Kim Kardashian, co-founder and chief creative officer of Skims, described the partnership as a pivotal step for the brand.

“The North Face x Skims collaboration ... marks Skims’ first-ever foray into the world of winter wear, and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category,” she said. “I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection and I can’t wait to wear these pieces on my next trip.”

The campaign, photographed by Vanessa Beecroft, showcases the collection against the dramatic backdrop of the Chilean Andes. Another campaign, featuring Kardashian herself, was shot by Donna Trope, highlighting key items such as the Down One Piece and Seam Taped Pant.

“At The North Face, we always put innovation and functionality first,” added David Whetstone, The North Face’s director of collaboration. “With Skims, we maintained best-in-class constructions and materials. This collaboration came about from a mutual admiration. The North Face is constantly inspired by innovative brands that are driving culture like Skims, and this limited-edition collection draws on the core strengths of each brand.”

The collaboration will be available starting December 10 through Skims.com, The North Face retail locations and select luxury retailers. Prices range from $60 to $1,200, with sizes available from XXS to 3X.

As Jens Grede, chief executive of Skims, put it: “This collaboration allowed us to leverage The North Face’s heritage expertise and enhance it with our own solutions-based design codes, for one of our most technical collections yet.”
