Listen to article

Toshiba Tec appointed Fox Agency to support pan-European launches with the development of product propositions, campaign strategies, messaging, creative concepts, campaign content and assets.

With over 70 subsidiaries worldwide, Toshiba Tec helps global customers transform the way they create, record, share, manage and display information.

This month saw Fox Agency support Toshiba Tec in launching across Europe the revolutionary A-BRID platform designed for the new series of next-gen industrial printers. This includes the A-BRID operating system and associated printer, scanning and labelling products. The latest launch has been for the BX400 printer series, a new line of workhorse industrial printers that are a backbone of manufacturing and logistics workflows across the continent. Leading with “Unlock the power of labelling”, the campaign targets the logistics, manufacturing and retail segments with resonant, stand-out visuals inspired by the product and its use cases across these sectors. The campaign, launched on 5 November, runs across email, LinkedIn, and physical and digital owned media channels.

Mandy Schnacke, Deputy Manager - Marketing Communications at Toshiba Tec Germany Imaging Systems said: “Fox Agency has a proven track record for delivering engaging, creative content to our business so it was a natural next step to work with them on a broader, integrated campaign. We were impressed with the outputs of our initial engagement so are excited to continue this collaboration.”

Ben Fox, CEO at Fox Agency, said: “Fox Agency has significant expertise in the electronics space, built over years of working with global brands in the sector. It’s therefore been a privilege to be able to deliver for Toshiba, a household name whose product suite underpins so many areas of modern-day business. It’s a real strategic milestone for us. We’re looking forward to 2025 and building on the strong foundations our two teams have built over the past year.”
