Unlimited, Manifest, Born Social and Sunday Treat all received Agency of the Year accolades in their respective categories.
Winners announced for The Drum Awards for Agency Business
As part of The Drum’s annual Awards Festival, today we celebrated The Drum Awards for Agency Business. If you missed the show, you can watch it now on-demand on The Drum TV.
Taking home the top awards for the night were four agencies that have shown outstanding results in what has been a challenging year. The Agency of the Year award for a company with 250+ staff went to Unlimited, part of the Accenture group. Its entry report revealed that the agency’s employee tenure is four times the industry average and 85% would recommend it as a good place to work (up 5% from last year). Its top 25 clients have an average tenure of 13 years (four times the industry average) and its top 10 increased spend by 50% over the last two years. It achieved 100% client retention and a 71% increase in the average value of deals won. You can read its full entry.

Having grown its existing client investment, increased average annual spend year-on-year while also improving client retention, Born Social won in the category for 49-250 staff.
Manifest took the accolade in the 11-49 staff category, stating in its entry that a program to establish new standards of excellence resulted in a 70% retention rate and an 84% client satisfaction rate. It exceeded growth targets by 25%, adding 30 new clients, which resulted in a 155% increase in profit year over year.
Finally, Sunday Treat won the Agency of the Year award for a company with less than 10 staff.
